3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the designated payment method.

 

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • We deliver to the addresses specified at checkout. Please ensure your information is correct; we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, availability, or other factors outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Because flowers are perishable, all sales are generally final.

  • If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

  • Cancellations may be accepted if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

6. Subscriptions

  • Subscription services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

  • You may cancel or pause your subscription by contacting us at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by The Mane Wildling Floral & Co. and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that result from use of our site, products, or services, except as required by law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your order.
