Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact
us right away so we can make it right.
Merchandise Returns
You may return items purchased in-store or online for store credit or exchange within 30 days of
purchase. A receipt or the credit card used for the order is required.
Returned items must be unopened and undamaged.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Fresh Flower Policies
In-Store Pickup
Did you miss your pickup? We’ll hold your flower order for 48 hours. After that, the arrangement
is forfeited and non-refundable. Please note: vase life is typically 4–7 days from the scheduled
pickup day.
Deliveries

  • If no one is available to accept delivery, flowers will be left at the door in a shaded

spot—unless it’s below freezing or over 90 degrees.

  • If no safe option is available, we’ll call the recipient to arrange a new time.

  • If we can’t reach them, we’ll attempt delivery during our next regular route.

Non-Delivery
If you believe your order wasn’t delivered, please allow us 24 hours to investigate. If no delivery
attempt was made, we’ll expedite a new delivery or issue a refund.
Rejected Deliveries
If the recipient refuses the flowers, we cannot issue a refund. You’ll have 48 hours to pick them
up, after which the flowers are forfeit.
Flower Quality
If you're not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll usually offer a
replacement. No refunds or replacements will be issued after 24 hours or if flowers were
improperly cared for (e.g., left in the sun, water not changed).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved,
your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or
credit card company to process the refund.
